Responsible and Guilty

Responsible — it’s a hard word. Responsible means everything is on you.

But it doesn’t happen like that. You can’t be born without someone wanting you as a child.

The one who gives birth to something is the one responsible for bringing that to life.

How the world welcomes that is not their responsibility.

But after time, when we grow, our actions are the ones that rule our life — and the lives of others.

So, why did you act like that in the first place? Not everything is on you. Maybe someone made a wish. Or maybe you did.

Let’s say — to be loved and seen.

As parents, children can’t live without their parents or grownup. And parents know that, but still can blame the child for needing that care.

Sometimes, we as children want that attention all the time and we don’t understand — why not?

Don’t you want me?

We want for us. But if we only want that from others — if we only take from others — we become addicted. And that is not what we want or need.

No.

What we really need is to learn to give all of that to ourselves. Not from the youngest age, but then too, we learn to play even when no one is there with us.

When I was a child, I understood it fast.

Through my fears and through what I saw, I learned:I need to know as much as I can.

Because I can’t count on others.

So I did. And it showed up to be the best thing I could ever do.

When you can give the care and love you need to yourself, when you have the knowledge — you are powerful.

When you don’t need others to love you, you are powerful.

You know how to do so, how to feel so, how to have that healthy inner talk that you maybe never have had.

So if you don’t have that, don’t blame for that.

Just start to change.

This world showed me to you as a mirror — to show you how, how to love yourself so that you don’t need others to do so.

I’m not saying they won’t come — they will.

But this time they will appreciate you for who you are, not for what they want you to be.

You don’t need to believe me — just feel it.

Feel how your life could be if one day you learned to love yourself and feel confident without needing others around.

So that you can be on your own and happy.

Not lonely, but seen for who you really are.

Seen by you.

Loved by you.

For who you really are.
