What if suffering is the only reason you don’t feel happy?


Suffering is the reason why you don’t feel happy. Suffering doesn’t allow you to feel peace.

Intuition can help you know what to do. Not just mind and knowledge from books, but feeling — from the heart, gut, and intuition.


Where there is peace. That is the real answer. That is the truth.

People are looking for happiness. But as I see it, we are happy — all of us. That is the main energy: peace and love. What makes us suffer is the rest.


How can you still feel peace when you hear the news in the morning ? Or meet your toxic coworker or family member ?

I see that a lot of people live in this toxic environment. And they blame each other for that.


But wait a minute — who can ever decide how you are going to feel today ?

Why don’t you use peace, neutrality, ignoring ? Because there is a war in the world ? Because someone was killed ?

Yes. That is tragic.


But you know what I think ? I think what we should do is not attach to that emotionally, but find peace in ourselves, distance from that.

Do you think you can do that, or do you think that is rude ?


From my experience, those who find distancing rude or self-centered are those who lack compassion and love for themselves. I see that as a projection of their own insecurities and never getting or giving that attention to themselves. They lack support, and losing you — the person who maybe has always supported them — triggers their own insecurities.


Self-love and softening — the silent power you have, that will not kill you, but make you feel loved and safe.


A lot of people are giving away their energy by simply thinking about the disaster around them, when actually all they want is peace. But they don’t realize — they have it. All the time. The shift of mindset is everything that is needed.

Make a choice, decide, choose peace as outcome every time something hits you, triggers you.


Learn how to distance yourself from others’ pain and suffering. And not be drawn into their drama.

Protect yourself, protect your energy.


Do you know what happens with your mind and your heart when you see the news in the morning about a new disaster in the world or in the neighborhood ? Maybe you get afraid, sad, angry. You want to run or do something, maybe you freeze.

But what can you do ?

I see that most people continue the day talking about it, feeling sorry, showing compassion, and so on. Does it make you feel good ? I don’t think so. This action drains you and your energy. It doesn’t make you feel better, more loving, or safe. Does it ?


I believe you want peace. All of us want that.

So why do you believe you don’t have it or can’t have it ? When that is actually your choice.

Why do you make yourself suffer each and every day, when you can change it ?


Choose what TV program or newspaper you read. Do you believe you’ll miss out on something ? On what ?

Can’t you find peace in yourself without the daily confirmation that it isn’t safe ?

It is safe. If you choose safe, not out of fear, but out of love.


You can’t control others’ actions — but you can control yourself. You can make your life feel better for yourself and your close ones. You can choose, decide, and stop. Or — start, which is even better.


For some, it is a habit. Even an addiction, to see if there is someone who cries more than they do.

Because a lot of people get triggered when they see someone who is happy, kind, peaceful, and smiling.

They may think: “Can’t be true. Let’s ruin the day for them too. Let’s test if this is real.”


It is not cold or rude to distance yourself from sadness, lower energies, or from giving away your love and compassion.

I am talking about those cases when it is too much. When you feel like you can’t find peace.

Try to distance yourself from what makes you suffer. And see — how happy you really are!


Do you really miss those news stories, those people ?

Or was it simply outside your awareness that living without that is better for your mind, body, and soul.


Peace is not something you find in the world — it’s something you have within yourself.
